1. Delete it from the app
This is the fastest route and it needs nothing from us:
- Open quizzas! and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Tap Delete Account, read what it lists, and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately. There is no waiting period and no way to undo it, on our side or yours.
2. If you cannot sign in
If you have lost access to the account — a forgotten password, a sign-in provider you no longer use — write to privacy@quizzas.com from the email address on the account, or tell us your friend code (Profile tab, under your name).
We will confirm the account is yours before deleting anything, and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming it. We will not ask you to install the app to do this.
3. What is deleted
Everything below is erased, permanently:
- Your account, your email address, and the link to Google or Apple if you used one.
- Your display name, your avatar and your friend code.
- Your level, XP, day streak and season progress.
- Your place on every leaderboard.
- Every character, item, accessory and Pass you own.
- Your friends, friend requests and blocked players.
- Any quiz packs and questions you wrote.
- Your match history and every answer you gave.
- Every signed-in session, on every device.
4. What we keep, and why
One record survives: if you bought something, we keep the transaction itself — which store it came from, its transaction id, which product it was and when — because tax and accounting law requires us to retain records of sales, and because a refund or chargeback can arrive after an account is gone.
Your name is removed from it. What remains is a sale with no person attached: it cannot be linked back to you, searched by you, or used to identify you. Nothing else about you is retained.
5. This cannot be undone
Deleting is permanent. Purchases cannot be restored afterwards, including a season Pass you have already paid for — a consumable purchase does not survive the account that made it.
Signing in again with the same email, Google account or Apple ID creates a completely new account, starting at level 1 with nothing on it.
